The Written

Author, author!   Please allow me to help elevate your work from good to great.

 

In addition to developing my own original full-length scripts, articles, seminars and blog (a-muse-in-manhattan.blogspot.com), I frequently provide invaluable support in developing, writing, doctoring and editing scripts, manuscripts, novels, articles and written works with and for other writers.

Collaborating with talented writers and filmmakers like you who seek assistance in developing and/or doctoring their original manuscripts and screenplays is one of my fortes. For instance, I have partnered with writer/director Benson Lee of Mondo Paradiso Films, whose film Miss Monday won the Best Actress Award at the Sundance Film Festival in 1998, on a highly original epic trilogy called Parallel Universe. I have also worked with Franck Hoffman, at the time the youngest member in France’s equivalent of the Directors’ Guild, on various projects.

I help other screenwriters, novelists and authors polish and perfect their fiction and non-fiction works.  

I'm also more than happy to ghost write on myriad topics for authors in need.

In addition, I've written several full-length and short scripts of my own. All focus on family, work, romantic and other relationships; all have a very human face, a big heart, a well-developed funny bone, and just a touch of magic.

I co-wrote coaching-based seminars (i.e., Like Fine Wine, with Darlene Trioano), and have worked on developing a coaching-based reality television show (The Good Doctor) where each week, an in-need person will receive the support and guidance of a panel of professionals, all expert in their field, in domains such as coaching, finances, nutrition, fitness, therapy, interior design, etc. 

 

The Visual

Creative professionals have used my design direction in myriad projects in travel, cruise and other industries.  Since 1997, I have accompanied Michel Verdure (www.verdurephoto.com), premier photographer of the cruise industry, joining his team as art director, production manager, and/or stylist.  Together we sail the seven seas, capturing new and renovated cruise ships and sailing vessels for advertising, P.R., catalogues, on-board signage, websites, and other purposes.

I also represented unique locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, exciting backdrops for every type of shoot: film, television, documentary, music video, fashion, print ...
